Well actually, China, Brazil and India also export a lot of food, and they seem to be exporting well enough to feed Africa. Also, a full blown collapse will not happen anytime soon. Just look at the US, 50% white and still standing. So it's very logical to expect that the point where western nations won't be able to give food aid to africa will be distant enough to reach a point where it will be able to reach a certain level of self-dependency (and despite all the memes, it' completely possible and already happened in countries such as Burkina Faso.
