Would like to say the rest of the world but Mexico import wheat grain from Russia while gas from the USA. Both countries wouldn't import as much while they're in conflict. China imports would get affected too. Latam alone would be very troubled with such lack of imports. Livestock would get affected too. Organized crime would take over the few exporters and conflict zones would start to appear in every city.
