Ukraine does not even have the rebels in the East under control. Russians are a substantial minority in Ukraine and they will probably act as guerillas for the Ukrainian army. Kiev would probably be captured in a week and the rest of Ukraine will follow in a month. Ukraine is a Russian breakaway state.

I'm sure many Ukrainians harbor a legitimate hatred of Russia and Russians and looking back at their history, it is very easy to see why. A Ukrainian or several Ukrainians would probably actually be happy to risk their lives in a cross-border raid, which would justify a Russian conquest of Ukraine. I could forsee an extremist group like the Azov battalion taking 100 men and 5 tanks and blowing shit up across the border to weaken the oncoming invasion.

Minimal wage in Germany is like 1500 eur and it's a dead end blue collar job
Whereas in Poland you can get 1500 eur as an entry programming job with just a little bit of education and more as you advance
Of course going to Germany it's a good option for non-skilled people, but for someone like me I live better in Poland than I would in Germany. The only thing that could change it is if I got some offer of a white collar job in Germany
