Extra Flags is an open-source userscript that lets you choose regional flags, like states and provinces, to add the already existing national flags on Any Forums, Any Forums, /sp/, and /bant/.

there isn't any flag of Ovodda in the world, there's just a banner like pic related somewhere in the municipal hall (don't think i've ever been inside there)
don't think there's one in Novate either

I have a bad feeling that the new Maltese regions are not getting any CoA/flag. Only Gozo, North, and South have them and they only do because in Gozo's case there was no change, and in the other two's case they're still the same region, just with different borders. That's 3 regions without a flag/CoA. I expected this to happen unfortunately. I was surprised the previous 5 regions had a CoA. I hope I will be proven wrong eventually but I am not so hopeful.

You should go to the town hall meetings and bring it up as an issue. Most modern people don't care enough about flags to worry about this.

Even if I were to do that, I don't think they do public meetings.

The outdated websites are annoying.
