Few decades and people will miss these 60s/70s concrete suburbs, destroying and rebuilding to globogomo style has already started. Its gonna be worse with higher density and taller buildings. Concrete ghettos that will survive will turn to posh neighborhoods in future.

That's insane lol, Vancouver here is viewed as a super modern and rich city, this is shit you'd expect out of like, The Bronx in the 90s. How big is this neighborhood ? Is this just some kind of area around a soup kitchen/church/other charity ?
