The whole video is not about colonialism it's about Western countries trying to stop the global South from industrialisation.
You want us to stop burning coal? Subsidize our nuclear plants and solar energy. India's statement at the UN was echoed by every non Western country, even China, that until the Western world doesn't subsidize costs for lower income countries there's no point in reducing emissions.
