how much milk do you consume in a week in your country?
how popular are dairy products in your country?
How much milk do you consume in a week in your country?
How much does milk cost in your country? I have a condition where I can only consume milk from Hokkaido, Japan so 1L of milk cost me $7 USD.
>I can only consume milk from Hokkaido, Japan
lol what is this made up nonsense? I pay less than 1 euro for a liter.
I rarely consume dairy outside of cheese and kefir but I drink atleast 5 dl of kefir daily
not OP but I make and consume 1L of kefir every 2 days
Not that often anymore. I mostly use it for making smoothies. I eat more yogurt than I drink milk.
same but not from the cows if you catch my drift
about 4 pints a week
idk
Between 6-10 pints a week. I buy the 6 pint cartons but they normally never last the full week.
based bro. keep doing that, it's essential to becoming superhuman
kefir is one of the best things in the world, especially homemade

Proud of my cunt. Personally I drink 4l/day.
Do people seriously drink straight milk
>proud of consuming food
?
thanks, been doing it for a while now
started with a tiny bit of kefir crystals and now I have a lot, they're really healthy and I let the kefir (after putting the crystals in fresh milk in the cupboard) ferment some more in the fridge and become thick
>how much milk do you consume in a week in your country?
I drink it early, but now I don't
>how popular are dairy products in your country?
Very popular. Even if people don't drink milk, they buy yogurt, sour cream, cheese, kefir, snezhok (kefir with sugar), ryazhenka (i don't know how it's called in English), etc.
1L of milk costs 62 RUB or 0,8 USD
awesome, bro. that's the way, spread the word about kefir. you can sunstitute milk with kefir in most recipes also. for example you can try oladi if you are into sweets, it's great
can it also be used as a substitute for cream? I use cream for the sauce I make for salmon sometimes
2 cups a day, 7 days a week =3.5 l
I've been told that Asians are lactose intolerant but I just get my breath smelling like stale cheese and that's about it
lactose intolerance is a western meme
2-3 gallons a week
it's not a 1 to 1 substitution. you probably have to switch up the recipe a bit in your case but it's worth experimenting with it
I would like to drink about 2/3 of a gallon per day, but it's tiresome going out just to get milk that much so usually 1/3 a gallon.
It's somewhat cheap at $4 a gallon but for some strange reason I really loved those $1 liter cartons in Europe, great for just sitting down and drinking a cold one with the boys
If only we could all be Icelandic
I'll try doing part kefir and part cream and see how that turns out
>I would like to drink about 2/3 of a gallon per day
enjoy your mantits
good idea I've been planning to make a mushroom-kefir sauce for a while. I think that would be great aswell
