Adam Torres
Exactly this
Aiden Murphy
Any Forums would think it's a pro-feminism episode
twitter would think it's an anti-feminism episode
Blake Bell
So basically the same thing?

Hot take: if a woman is going to put in the same hours and same effort as a man for that job, they do deserve the same pay.
Nicholas Williams
Most people agree with you there it’s not an unreasonable demands. I can’t think of any rational adult that would argue what’s listed for second wave feminist here at all.
Aiden Morales
They do. The wage gap is a myth. Women have crappier jobs and get pregnant.
Aiden Martinez
There's the problem: you said rational.
Adrian Jackson
3rd wave feminism has set women back 50 years much like BLM has set race relations back to Jim Crow.
Nolan Harris
First wave feminism also brought us prohibition
Jordan Brown
Women working literally ruined the wage market. Now you NEED both parents to work to afford living, because they literally doubled the amount of workers.
So congratulations, everyone gets equally lower pay.
Jason Wright
They do, there is no wage gap. There is an earnings gap but that's because Women choose to take more time off and are less likely to take on extra hours at their place of work.
Christopher Anderson
That's a meme, increasing the supply of labor also increased the demand for it. Alternatively, you can look at how housing and other things are still becoming pricier despite the rate of women entering the workforce slowing
Ryder Green
What was the initial reaction?
Nolan Scott
Uh user have you studied economics?
Here's a basic supply demand curve showing the effects of an increased supply of a good or service. If the supply of workers increases than the overall worth of thier labor decreases as a result because the demand for workers remains the same and employers can pick the best without paying as much. The demand for workers is entirely seperate and based on the needs of the employer not the supply of the workers.
