I agree with dobs about reliability. but a good pc is still cheaper than a good mac, a low end mac is worse than a mid end pc. so there's no reason for anyone, let alone an artist to buy a mac first. Maybe when you have the money it will be worth it

Most people seem to agree that he's not dead
most plausible one I heard was that his brother missed out on a huge job opportunity because the employers googled him and found out about dobson's controversy/shenanigans, as a result his parents threatened to cut him off if he didn't cut the internet bullshit, and since he's unemployed and living with them he had no choice but to comply.
