I'm gonna be honest and say the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown is a shit Halloween special. It does the worst thing of all and turns a Halloween story into a Christmas story. I like Peanuts in general but this special is horribly overrated in my opinion.

Futurama - "The Honking," "The Devil’s Hands Are Idle Playthings," "Ghost in the Machines," and "Fry Am the Egg Man" (none are legit Halloween episodes per se, but they are appropriate to watch during the season)
Also, try Angry Beavers - "The Day The World Screwed Up" or any of the Billy & Mandy specials (please pick "Underfist" for real).
