pretty much an evil Batman.
Ozy, Rorschach and Nite Owl all have their Charlton counterparts but Moore essentially wrote them as a trisected Batman.
Ozy was the O'Neill esque globe trotting vivtruvian adventurer
Nite Owl was the 40s, 50s, 60s, gadgeteer superhero
Rorschach was the gruesome detective of the late 70s onwards

I’d say the brutal trench coated detective characters work, though some may disagree. I say if Hugo Danner goes on the Superman chart, these guys can go on the Batman chart.
So that’d include The Shadow, Dick Tracy, Green Hornet, Mr. A, The Question, and Rorschach
