Ive seen a few, they're okay but they just dont *feel right*

>not cel animation with acrylic paint
yikes cringe 0/10

They's good. They's damn good.

Easily my favorite cartoon produced by DTVA throughout the 2010s. I'll be sad if it turns out the Fall special caps off the series for good, but 9 years is a solid run. The crew's given us so much, and the Disneyland attractions along with pic related being made the official logo of Disney's TV animation division prove that Rudish made his mark with this rendition of these iconic characters.

I laughed at some of them, but they don't feel very "Mickey". Donald and Daisy were really good in them.

On one hand, I want to see Mickey handled a bit more nicely. On the other hand, I just want them to try new things with him and I guess this is new things.

Gave me a particular appreciation for Minnie I never thought possible.

Mickey Mouse pants are always cool

They're just quality fun and probably some of the best Mouse cartoons since Runaway Brain.

I'll never understand how Aaron Springer went from giving us some of the absolute funniest Mickey Mouse shorts in years, to giving us… this.

What's even sadder is that he had a history of making some of the most interesting pilots before finally landing his own show:

Maybe Springer really does do his best work when it's on other people's projects. Billy Dilley wasn't all bad, but it definitely didn't come close to meeting my expectations.

>no mention at D23 Expo
Disney really loves to leave these shorts to fend for themselves, huh?

The show has a game coming to nintendo seitch though. It looks identical to the cartoon and its a nsmb style platformer

They're great. I wish WB would poach him to do Looney Tunes shorts next.

Did you not like Looney Tunes Cartoons?

Hit or miss

That's fair.

It's even worse when you know Springer is the same guy that (co-)wrote
>Pizza Delivery, Squidward the Unfriendly Ghost, SB-129, Dying For Pie, Prehibernation Week, Shanghaied, Band Geeks and Krusty Krab Training Video for SpongeBob
>"Jack and the Haunted House" and "Jack vs Aku" for Samurai Jack
The dude's talented, but Billy Dilley just wasn't it.

Plotwise and jokewise, most are fine, but I really hate it when they use these gross-out/kind-of-realistic models for the characters.
