This comic is called Donald Duck: The Forgetful Hero and was released in Disney Masters 12 in 2020. It is originally an Italian comic called Paperino e l'eroico smemorato and was published in 1976. No, you're not, but you're totally right. Although Donald Duck has been on the market for decades and has been selling very well. Today he is mostly a mascot along with Mickey and Goofy and unfortunately people (mostly from America) today only know him as a mask from Disneyland and a sold toy, which is unfortunate because they didn't watch the old cartoons where Donald was the most represented.
