I think that was the original pilot when they were trying to pitch it to American audiences (as evidenced by Conaco being involved), then they went in a different direction I guess?

It was shown at Sundance 2019 as a short and then shopped around the US. There was a hot minute it could've been on TBS/TNT/HBO MAX but then all that got fumbled by the pandemic and then Discovery WB saying "NO MORE ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING!" That's why Conan basically went "suck my dick I'm just going to podcast now."
