The whole point of mutants should be that they are objectively superior, since their X-Gene makes them smarter, stronger, more beautiful, more longlived, but at the same time extremelly dangerous. It should be a case of pros vs cons. When you have a thousand Globs for every Toad, and 100 million Eye-Boys for every Jean Grey, then there is literally no point to it at all.
