There's a difference between morality and necessity. Rorschach wasn't "wrong", and Ozymandias wasn't "right". Just a horrible situation that they could either try and work with or not. They both refused to play along, only Adrian decided first.
Many edgy manchildren feel they can never achieve anything with their life, and they refuse to engage with other points of view, other people's humanity, etc. So dying like Rorschach, just to make an angry and impotent point, is actually something aspirational for them - the purest way of narrativising your miserable existence, making yourself into a tragic character. Just look at all those mass shooters.
Even if you've never done anything good for anyone in your life, if you can tell yourself "at least I was uncompromising, like Rorschach!" you can pretend you had at least one virtue (rather than admit you gave up evolving as a human being).

Yeah, I always thought that was interesting. Like, Rorschach is by no means someone to be admired and copied, but he does make for a tragic character. He's a broken man, convinced he's right because he's been pushed past the breaking point and all that's left is the mask. Kovacs was the one who let that girl die, Rorschach was the one who avenged her. That's how he sees things now.
Contrast that with Adrian, who's basically assured he's right just because he just always is. He's never really had to face that kind of gutwrenching tragedy, he's just the golden boy, so he believes he can do no wrong. The one person who sniffs him out, of all people, is the Comedian, who basically laughs in his face. Probably sent him into a bitchfit rage so he defenestrated his ass.
The comedian I would say is a real world look on the world. Like an engineer to a machinist who knows what he wants is unreasonable.
