Buster Moon was quite a lying asshole, he'd probably get murdered irl too... I mean yeah Jimmy tried to kill him, but he kinda deserved it, so Jimmy doesn't come off that evil to me even though he did bad things.
It's actually surprising the Buster didn't learn anything from the first movie. He lied there and continued to lie in the 2nd movie. Imagine if he also makes a lie in a 3rd film that would Jumpstart the plot.
Buster did other things too, Jimmy might get off easy at court. Yeah attempted murder is bad tho, but no wonder Jimmy was pissed he doesn't come off completely evil to me.
