Best girl's show ends for tonight, but it was a lot of fun. Setting up all those future plot points and team-ups. I don't hear much about Punk Hazard compared to Dressrosa, I hope it's fun. Also, I realized that we're very close to hearing Bink's Sake again and it makes my heart sing.
Thank you for posting something cool of Hinata for the OP, and not taking the low hanging fruit of having her getting her ass kicked as the choice instead.
The latter. G-5 is basically where all the troublemakers and malcontents that are too competent to discharge are sent. I can't remember if Smoker was put in charge of G-5 to essentially get him out of HQ's hair, or if he specifically requested it. I think he requested it. Once he took charge they went from being a bunch of disreputable scallawags to being actually pretty decent.

Ten Ten we already went through the Pain arc how dont you get it
Nathan Jackson
>C'mon lets not fight, here's a dildo we can share.
Eli Morris
The latter. G-5 is basically the black sheep Marine division.
turns out all they needed was to put a female on the crew and all the troublemakers instantly become suicidal simps
Leo Morales
Think he requested it, as G-5 is the group that deals with fuckers just entering the New World. He's waiting for Luffy as he was the first to get past him at Loguetown.
Christian Ross
The only reason you think Hinata's fans are ass men is because you're into that chad shitposting crap. They're the ones who post that garbage all the time.
Lucas Perez
...How the hell can you have a mostly metal city if it rains all the time
Leo King
Oh shit, Nardo time means its time to post waifus!
Well she gets to become a path of ''pain so good for her
Joshua Gutierrez
>Jobbing to a giant ant.
Xavier Sanchez
How do you even remember the 4kids VAs? The only one I remember is Sanji because he was always my favourite character and 4kids gave him a really weird deep sounding brooklyn accent voice as if they were trying to capture that lightning in a bottle Joey Wheeler magic again
>tame it as a summoning animal Is that how it works? I thought it had to be sapient to agree.
Levi Adams
Hey hey hey, Toonami General, Deep Space Radio here, ready to set it off tonight!
First up, we've got some Evil Arcade from Alex Lightspeed. youtube.com/watch?v=4TVwqD7ruBk Been a while since we've done a NewRetroWave track. Figure some of that good old electronica would do us some good. In that NRW way, it's the kind of thing you could leave on in the background for some neat atmosphere, but it doesn't really amp me up. That being said, it's still good, and I'm a sucker for the arcade aesthetic. If this doesn't do it for you, look up Niel Cicierega's Spirit Phone album for another spooky arcade song.
>Stephanie Sheh and Colleen O'Shaughnessy trying their damndest not to sound like themselves Aww.
Next week.
Jayden Richardson
Tashigi was the carrot, and Smoker was the stick. Tashigi was great for morale, she became kind of their mascot, and Smoker was their indomitable, utterly fearless leader that inspired a mixture of fear and respect. Good combination for whipping a bunch of malcontents into shape.
Kevin Wright
Southern accents are pretty damn hot for some reason. To me at least.
just one of those little things that gets burned in when you think of a show/movie that it was even if it was for silly reasoning
Jackson Baker
>Punk Hazard next Oh boy I can't wait for the body swap part.
Brayden Cook
Of the many 4Kids voices, it was definitely one of the least obnoxious. Same with Zoro's who was pretty decent, even if sometimes the script made him sound cringey. Crocodile's VA was also pretty fun, was nice seeing him in the latest Lupin III movie
If they are supposedly also leaf ninja, how do they not instantly recognize a Hyuuga and Rock Lee, 1 of only 2 guys who run around the village in a green jumpsuit? I get Neji and Lee not knowing a trio of nobodies, but with or without Tenten, Neji and Lee should be pretty famous
Jordan Cruz
One of my favorite things about that arc was Robin's reactions to Franky inside Chopper's body. >never make that expression with Chopper's face ever again
Came for the feet but stayed for the lewd leggy fit/toned crazy.
Connor Peterson
At least it wasn't as silly as Nami sounding like a valley girl
Ryder Torres
Next up we've got one from Pomplamoose, featuring Nick Campbell - the video title says Respect My Art but the video itself says Fancy Jeans, so take it as you will. youtube.com/watch?v=eiAha2FLxC0 This is a goofy ass song, but damn if it's not funky. It's a song about trying to reproduce, so I feel this crowd can probably relate. Anyway, I dig it when people use keyboards/synths in such a way that they basically become part of the rhythm section. That's the real funky vibe. There's also some talkbox usage here, but I don't think it detracts from the song, they don't go too crazy with it. They, as a group, do get a little carried away with the ending though. Still, it's a fun jam, so give it a listen.
I remember Chopper's, especially since his brute form had a gruff voice, which I always liked
David Cooper
The Funi one isn't too bad either, at least when he's able to be a character and not just the exposition dump in the intros regurgitating the same words for years on end. I recall Smoker's 4Kids VA was also alright, just being the cringey script yet again
It's an interesting choice, but I can see why Funi didn't do the same since the Japanese voice remains the same with only Monster Point seeing any kind of effect on the voice. Though I think Briana or whatever her name is does at least put on a gruffer tone when Chopper's in his beefier forms, which is at least somewhat fitting
Tenten can summon fire blasts? Why doesn't she do that more often? That seems like it'd be way more effective than a big blade or something like that against most opponents.
Wow, this next one's a weird find, but cool. It's called Storm, by the OTYKEN group. youtube.com/watch?v=CqwrwwOzVcQ So, apparently these folks are from Siberia, and are either desendents of the Japanese Ainu and North American natives, or turkic descent? Those are pretty damn disparate options, but whatever, it's pretty cool that they're not only still sticking out, but making contemporary music. Kind of reminds me of The Hu. Not quite as metal, but it's like, contemporary folk music. I don't know why I came across this, but it's always cool learning new stuff. Give it a watch, it's pretty neat.
>Just put the rocks in their seals or whatever. Huh, that's actually what I figured they'd do.
Wyatt Martin
>needs his special eyes, lauded as the pride of the Leaf, magic eyes passed down through inbreeding and suicide forehead pacts, to see through the rubble >some random rain ninja can do the exact same thing with normal eyes the absolute state of the Byakugan
