Appreciate the sentiment but I can actually find that particular pairing pretty easily. It’s Male Cat/Female Dog specifically that’s inexplicably hard to find

I had an idea for a cartoon that would have such a pairing. When cat and dog characters get paired up they tend to exhibit traits we associate with them to play off each other in a comedic way, e.g. dog-boy is goofy and energetic and cat-girl is stoic and graceful. I think it would be really cute to have a stoic cat-boy and his silly dog gf who gets really happy and excitable whenever she sees him.
