how can he help it if there is an APB for a woman of X minority and then he sees someone who matches the description given (which I assume the comic never actually gives details of because the author just wants to call all cops racist). should he just ignore possible suspects because of 'racial profiling' ?

At the end of the comic, the cop can no longer deal with the fact he is racist so he blows his brains out (while somehow the "superhero" girl who revealed the truth that he is racist to him is stalking him at that very moment just so she can watch it happen I guess)
