Why did it feel like after season 5 adventure time as a show actively hated finn? Every major finn episode after citadel actively showd finn being miserable or having to deal with some kind of major emotional crysis, his dad being a deadbeat jackass, flame princess leaving him, loosing his arm, killing his own grass clone. The list goes on and on for very long and i ask you, why? Why suddenly adventure time started hating its own protagonist to such an extent to make his life miserable?

On top of it Finn of all the protagonists at the finale probably has the least prospects as a person. His ending is basically PB finally saying that he grew up, but the show questioned Finn existence as a Hero so much you cant but feel sad for him being there and not being rewarded and just sorta having to accept that in the end it wasn't him that saved the world or anything.
