but I ended up enjoying it, actually getting a couple laughs here and there. Even when you get those moments of, how you'd say, "socially conscious" dialogue, it's not really as cringeworthy as it is in other Netflix shows, as here they usually roll with the rest of the show's flow and sound like the actual reaction these characters would have to the situations they're in.

thing, since those have the whole reputation of just being a low budget way for animators that were friends of other animators to do the same crass jokes and complain about the state of the world, and even with liking this, I still won't plan on giving any of the other newer shows a shot any time soon.
That being said, I actually didn't know about Hirsch's involvement or the connection to Gravity Falls until after I watched the show and looked it up later, and yeah that probably would've kept me from watching too. By itself, the show wasn't too bad aside from losing steam in the second season, but Hirsch himself is way too immature and whiney nowadays, like the cartoon analogue to Anthony Burch
