Why did it fail?
Why did it fail?
fail at what?
>>fail
>5 seasons
It did better than most shows, if anything. You're lucky if yours gets 3 or more.
It's not for everyone
lolsorandom human combined with black girl-level writing
lorefaggots didn't like it
Not enough Aunt Grandma.
Came out way too late. Would have been more successful if it came out in the 90s or early 2000s.
>It's not for everyone
Not really a fair arguement since it can be applied to literally anything.
This. At that time everyone was obsessed with cartoons having lore and UG was like said a lolsorandom show and it irked people because of that.
>black girl-level writing
user what does that even mean
It was actually creative and funny
Mr Enter brainwashed children into hating anything that wasn't made for lore faggots.
while thats true iirc i remember him reviewing uncle grandpa and he thought it was alright.
It pisses lorefags off to see a cartoon actually have some fun.
you mean 3 seasons
the last two seasons were split in half to make it look like the show lasted longer than it actually did
>fail
I see only wins

It was okay, definitely loved the surrealism. I just think with more seasoned writers and a larger budget it could have become a classic.

Three seasons split into five. The crew were pretty pissed off at CN treating the splitting of seasons as a renewal.
And CN was ready to wash their hands of the show pretty early. The last season was dumped into awful timeslots. At least the last Steven Universe episodes were treated and promoted as events
I don't agree with "it shoulded have aired in the 2000s"
I think it should air now, now that there is too much exposure of loreful and serialized episodic mixed.
Would have been the perfect time
Does anybody have a mega link for Uncle Grandpa?
