Now to determine our animal
41, Rural it is
Had years of fun with this game.
Rolling.
66, we going for Rabbit. Now for our mutant backstory
51, we got some Ooze on us now to know how did we got educated on society.
25, we are a mutant in the shadows.
Now for the main event, to determine how much of a freak we are.
We got Size 3 which is pretty much the size of a normal rabbit. We may want to give him a more human size.
Hands: Full 10
Biped: Partial 5
Speech: Full 10
Looks: None 0
Size: +4 20
Powers: All of them 25
That completes our 70 Bio-E.
Now to determine our starting equipment and money (which I never understood why it comes before choosing skills)
We got $2600 worth of equipment from our years living at the fringe of society. I'll buy equipment once it's decided the skills to be used.
Now to determine our final touches
Now to determine if we gonna be the heroes or villains of this story
Let's be nice :)
Now to determine if we gonna be a boyscout or a rebel
>Looks: None 0
Did anyone EVER spend points on human looks? Everyone surely wanted to create characters that were TMNT-style animal people.
Considering we came from the streets might expect us to find a little dirty, so Scrupulous it is. Now to determine what we do for a living.
You mean play the character creation mini game because the actual playing rules are Palladium trash.
Best animal for BIO-E cost coming through. Step aside.
And back after a few hours out doing something else
lmao I just noticed I put Mental Affinity instead of Physical Prowess, just change it.
Considering we have some high P.P. we might go for some action focused Skill Program, gotta go with at least 2 of them.
I supposed someone would want to play a less animalistic character for better interaction with normal society, but yeah, as a kid I only wanted to play as a mutant.
I would love to make a quest using TMNT game though, so maybe. Also, Palladium is fucking awesome.
All of the animals that have natural weapons are OP as fuck though.
I think we can go with 3 programs for a scientist bunny fighter.
Physical Program
>Acrobatics
>Athletics
>Running
>Gymnastics
Science Program
>Computer Operation
>Mathematics: Advanced
>Chemestry
>Biology
>W.P. Ancient Weapons
>Blunt
>Knife
>Staff
Now for our Secondary skills we got 14 of those from our Mutated background
For Secondary Skills
>First Aid
>Pick Locks
>Pick Pocket
>Escape Artist
>Prowl
>Swimming
>Writing
>Read Sensor Instruments
>Navigation (Land)
>Pilot: Automobile
>Pilot: Motorcycle
>Basic Electronics
>Cook
>W.P Automatic Pistol
I think we are all set up, time to waste those $2600 in some neat weapons
