I don't think so. It could be good if it was real, but given how cinematic the games are I don't see the point of an animated adaptation. It would be like watching a Let's Play of one of the games.
If, on the other hand, they made something in the Metal Gear universe, like all the wetwork FOXHOUND or Dead Cell got up to, I'd be very interested in that.
