Well that sucked they pretty much gave Jon Kyles origin but made it worse as John was as boring as fuck in the film, and it looks like they used that shitty Showcase Adam Strange short as a prequel

After John beats Hal he stops showing signs of possession but doesn’t express any regret, basically signaling that he really embraced Parallux

I honestly like Johns GL run but dude has a major hard-on for Hal and he should have just dealt with the guilt from all his shit instead of having everyone go "it's okay Hal the big fear bug made you evil"
