I only watched the first too of his apperences in BtaS, but he was pretty mid to low in those. Unironically, the vilian from the cape and cowl episode seemed like a better version of Nigma.

He only appears in three episodes of the show anyway. Riddler's Reform is pretty good and my favorite of his by far. I mainly love him cause he's hot though.

She should be doing something right now, but writers aren't using her. It might be a blessing in disguise, considering the state of the Titans, but it's an odd choice not to have her involved.
