Still find the "hilda" is a familiar to her witch friend part kind of wierd because in folklore a familiar is a servant at the best of times and a slave at the worst of times.

Mediocre as hell for the 2000s. Decent in the 2010s
Something feels off about the characters, premise, dialogue, overall execution.
The tiny elf is annoying and doesn't contribute much, his dialogue is almost a detriment.
The 2 kids are useless when the elf, raven, twig, the mom are already there.
Twig is also kinda useless and not having him talk is annoying.
Show should not happen in a city unless the action happens at night all the time and Hilda is jumping and webswinging from building to building.
The wilderness environment is much more refreshing and interesting.
Show feels like this weird mix of slice of life and adventure, feels like a misadventure like Flapjack and Chowder, it feels off.
Hilda has nobody else to talk to and all that cannon fodder dragging her down is not worthy of a conversation.
The comic book writer doesn't many ideas and is a liberal faggot with those typical boring Swedish/French designs you'd expect out of TinTin and Moomin Valley.
