I think everyone involved is young, severely lack social skills, and have never worked on a team before. This is a business Viv is trying to run which ultimately ends in you getting paid. Starting shit over perceived slights and making the work environment a shithole, THEN blaming Viv for it makes every one of those idiots look like they're still stuck in Kindergarten.

I can believe viv not having a structured system or deadlines, which would obviously cause stress but at the same time all the other stuff seems blown out of proportion to me.Idk what happened to do you job and mind your business until your next gig?
It's hard to judge how much of this is accurate and how much of this is these people being snowflake drama whores on account of the kind of people generally attracted to working on this kind of show.
