I had a lot of fun, but the music doesn't stick the way I can still remember Alleycat Blues or Sewer Surfin' 20 years later

it's actually been 30 already

The one minute opening is the single best piece of 1980's turtle media ever. exactly what everyone wanted that old cartoon to be.

What it was for 5 out of 8 seasons: twitter.com/FumeiCom/status/1539475129834651654

this looks like ass. over animated unironically because the rest of the show is pretty stiff. when you have to force more expressions for your animation its not worth it and just looks awkward.

Is the game too easy? I saw some videos of boss fights and a hit from a boss took out one block of health of twenty. A smack from a turtle's weapon deal more damage to the boss than the boss did..

There are multiple difficulties. I played through Story Mode on the easiest setting with my kids and the bosses were of varying difficulties. From what I recall, Baxter was somewhat difficult, along with the final boss.

Will they time the DLC with the IDW miniseries?

Any good music tracks?

>Master Splinter intentionally gave the turtles weapons opposite to their individual personalities.
>Raphael is the most hot-headed and violent of the turtles. He wields sais, a traditionally defensive weapon used in peace-keeping. This is to teach him patience and discipline.
>Michelangelo is the most scatter-brained and playful of the turtles. He wields nunchaku, a weapon infamous for its complexity and ease of injuring the user. This is to teach him focus and not to take combat lightly.
>Donatello is the most intelligent and tech-savvy of the turtles. He wields a bo, a simple wooden staff. This is to teach him creativity and making do with what he has.
>Leonardo is the ethical and heroic of the turtles. He wields katanas, the only bladed weapon of the four and the most lethal by default. This is to teach him that ultimately, despite his ideals, he may be forced to take lives to protect people and must never fight battles needlessly.

Isn't this just a fan theory? I remember people trying to find a source either in-media or interviews and nobody could find anything.

It is pretty damn fun, glad it's apparently a hit too and selling really well.

Good to see Turtles bounced back after Rise.

>Master Splinter had to guess what his baby sons' personalities would be
>so the leader is named after Leonardo da Vinci
>the inventor is named Donatello
>the most scatter-brained and playful is named after Michelangelo, a high-functioning master of multiple domains
>the most hot-headed and violent was named Raphael, after an artist long eclipsed by Michelangelo but eventually reevaluated for being so serene and harmonious

literally every single one of them

In hindsight he should've done some shuffling, Leonardo not being the inventor is the biggest sin of the bunch.

>sorry Leonardo, you are a great leader but you are not the most intelligent. you are now to be known as Donatello and Donatello is the new Leonardo

>IDW miniseries out in September and 2012 just released in Paramount+
At least Viacom/CBS has some business sense and knows how to strike while the iron's hot.

>Rapheal, in hindsight, I really guessed wrong on you. You were a sweet infant but wow did you flip. You're Michelangelo now, turns out that guy had a huge mean and petty streak to him. Michelangelo, you're Donatello now, he apparently had a bit of a party streak to him. And Leonardo, you're Rapheal now, since you're the most calm and serene of the four.
>No no, you don't have to switch headbands, those never correlated to anything. Please don't switch them or I will mix you up.

While that is horrifying, it does reinforce my point

>No no, you don't have to switch headbands, those never correlated to anything. Please don't switch them or I will mix you up.

Playable villains when?
