Her ambition makes her compelling, as the only girl who actually developed a plan for the world after being there long enough.
Compared with Anne who was content to putz around in the swamp forever and Marcy the same for Newtopia, only a vague motivation to return home without any clear idea how. Sasha by contrast not only sets on a clear solution to the problem as soon as possible, but she furthermore comes to gain a goal (domination and rule) for the world itself beyond just escape.
It's why Sasha immediately and severely becomes less interesting when her motivation wavers, and in a rather poorly uncharacteristic way at that. She still always remains best girl, but she goes from being a whole entire tier beyond, to just settling down among the same level as them.

Sasha has a conviction, a decision taken on how to solve the problem. And it started by taking control of the place she had been a prisoner for a while, the fact that she has her own castle and managed to get proper meals demonstrates that some slavery could get shit done.
