Wiz- Sun Wukong was a challenging opponent for Hercules. His magical powers in particular made it difficult for the son of Zeus to fight him. However, the demigod's prowess and experience was definetally too much for the Monkey King.
Boomstick- Many of Sun Wukong's abilities were either nonlethal or had been faced by Hercules before. Shapeshifting? Hercules faced one! Army of superpowered warriors? Hercules fought an army of Amazons, the fiercest females known to man! And the body-freezing thing? Well, as it turns out, that works on mostly lesser deities, and Hercules is the son of Zeus, King of Olympus, so he had to have some resistance to that. The only challenge he had was Sun Wukong's immortality.
Wiz- Even though Sun Wukong can regenerate, that doesn't mean it is limitless. In fact, he had to go to a spot in the cauldron where there was no fire in order to not get injured. This goes on to prove that all Hercules had to do was overwhelm that healing factor by punching him really hard.
Boomstick- Sort of like what All Might did to Nomu in My Hero Academia.
Wiz- Thank you, Boomstick. Also, Hercules did have a way to take down Sun Wukong in the form of his Hydra Arrows.
Boomstick- Yeah, those arrows may not have been enough to kill Sun Wukong, but they are so deadly that they can even incapacitate the mightiest of heroes. Heck, just a little bit of poison was enough to give Hercules himself excruciating pain. Even if the venom wouldn't kill Sun Wukong, it would have incapacitated him.
Wiz- But let us compare them as warriors. Sun Wukong is technically faster than Hercules, but Hercules beat him with pure strength and intelligence.
Boomstick- One guy could lift a mountain, the other guy could lift the sky. And even though both are actually decent warriors, Hercules has more experience fighting in one on one combat than Sun Wukong. Looks like Hercules wasn't monkeying around.
Wiz- The winner is Hercules.
