He does. There’s an episode that makes Sheldon physically older and he ditches Jenny and starts hitting on Nora. After that episode he only refers to her as Nora instead of Jenny’s mom and makes it clear he’s into her still even after reversing his age. Then in the movie they team up to save Jenny and have a hate fuck tension over their science autism
