Forget plot and tone and pacing and all the other usual go-to's for how to improve HGS, the objective here is to treat the whole thing like an exercise in fantasy cheesecake. An excuse to fill the screen with as many witch tits and dwarf asses as possible, while still having "just enough" actual story to keep it from being only a porn parody.
Whether you want to keep things ecchi or go full blown hentai is up to you.
