Unlikely, most kid's shows pretend that homophobia doesn't exist, same way they pretend that any racism against real-world groups doesn't exist. Only bigotry based of fictional races and attributes are allowed to be used as metaphors.

Willow was great this episode. Everyone thought she would be fighting Hunter when she snagged him with vines, but Willow literally plucked a stranger out of the sky because she thought he’d be a good candidate for flyer derby, which is hilarious.
I'd rather they go each one on their own ways but in neutral terms.
