That would still require the company division that currently owns Mao Mao to sign a deal with the streaming division for rights and distribution, probably for a tidy sum, when it's unlikely either groups would bother to even call legal to figure out the logistics.
Barring a freak occurrence like a leak or a top-level executive with a kid that autistically loves the show, it's dead jim.

Because it's a show for boys and that's physically not allowed anymore, all shows have to be for preschoolers, girls or dykes on twitter and Mao Mao doesn't fit any of those demographics

You’re forgetting the other step. Mao Mao is a joint venture with Titmouse. So CN can’t just do anything with the property at any time. Things need to be signed off and agreed upon, which could and likely will get messy
