We all know the answer, why do we pretend that we don't know why her powers are kinda like a construct from Green Lantern.

It's much easier to have her do energy constructs than going full on stretchy hands, just for the sake of budget, and easier for the team behind the scenes.

Given the events of her current mini, it seems to be leaning towards Kamala keeping her shapeshifting and becoming even stronger with it once she deals with the impostor who's been draining her powers.

I want to point out that Kamala’s books aren’t great and she STILL doesn’t have a proper rogues gallery. People are overly forgiving because “cute”. Also how is this not going to be beat for best Spider-Man Homecoming?
