How are Asian girls supposed to feel empowered if every single character in animated media is designed to take away Asian physical qualities?

Modern children cartoons aren't supposed to validated anyone but the creators.

She could easily pass as Southeast-Asian

for me, this is what a white man looks like

What’s a Asian cartoon character that “actually looks Asian” according to you people? Every other time there’s an Asian character “they don’t even look oriental!” Is inevitably said by some random user.

She’s fat. East-Asians are the skinniest people group on Earth, especially in 2002 when the movie was set since Western Fast Food hadn’t fully penetrated yet

No

Doesn't the movie take place in Canada? Plenty of fat Asians in North America.

Her white husband is also chink to be fair.

Asian people don't know what they actually look like. This is how they see themselves.

>Mongolian phenotype
So what about the rest of us you retards

Jews are white

Who?

Yeah you just answered my question.

What your asking for is everyone in a film to look pretty standard in the context of that film's style but for Asian characters to be yellow and have comical slant eyes. It's like going "well the kid on the right has the hair but he's not black enough". It's weird to go "any white kid in Turning Red is fine because it's a cartoon but "f you want Asian (or black or latino or whatever) kids in your movie they need to literally look as close as they can to this random picture of a guy walking down the street in hong kong". Jon Arbuckle does not resemble any real white guy. Billy from Billy and Mandy does not resemble a real person. Cartoon characters do not look like real people and adding a cast of characters from various ethnic backgrounds does not mean you have bust out phrenology to ensure their skull shape is "proper".

Well they have to send them down the Western path of growth somehow

>to look pretty standard
What is "pretty standard" for you user? Caucasian? That's racist.

Also, latino is not a race and there are black latinos.

No, I didn't
