It reminded me why I loved and hated my mother a lot growing up.
A lot of my choices I had as a child where ripped from my hands until I left for college when my parents decided to mellow out. It was the first time I felt like myself but it was strange because I had to learn the most basic shit like communicating properly to others so they could understand me better. Even yelling back at people when they yelled at me was hard.
