Honestly, it's true on both fronts. A lot of medium and dark skin women are now claiming "colorism" When some black men don't prefer them over lighter-skinned black women. But at the same time, dark-skinned black makes fun of light-skins black men because some darker-skinned women want lighter babies and go after them more. So they make memes about light-skinned black men being sensitive and weird.
