It's probably in production hell. From rumors I've heard, there's disagreements on where to take it. I don't doubt it'll come out, but I also wouldn't be surprised if it gets completely retooled into something else entirely. Kinda like how Laff Riot got turned into The Looney Tunes Show. Only I doubt a Tiny Toons retool would be anywhere near as good, especially when you consider the showrunner.
