Thoughts on Jeffrey Wright's Gordon?

I thought he was a bit bland on his own, but his interactions with Batman were great.

not important enough to have a thread dedicated to him

Get back to playing the Watcher.

A major part of the reason I’m not seeing this trash. Black catwoman (and presumably batgirl because of Gordon) being other major reasons.

He was great, definitely underdeveloped though. I'm hoping the spinoffs give him more time to develop.

His spinoff got scrapped.

No one cares and it's still gonna make a lot of money without your viewing

Gordon was of little importance the entire movie which is probably why they made him black

A Major part? I understand Catwoman but Gordon?

He’s not even in this movie that much.

>He’s not even in this movie that much.
He had plenty of screen time, he and Bruce had a buddy cop thing going on for most of the movie which I loved.

What was the point of making Gorden black again?

Black Catwoman was a thing since the Adam West years.

You can keep saying that, but it won't make your point any less invalid

Slavery was a thing since before anyone alive today was even born.

His dialogue was quite goofy and filled more Robin's role than Gordon's
>Holy crickets, Batman... Penguins have wings too!

It bothered me oddly everytime he kept saying Man at the end of his sentences with Batman.

Jeffrey Wright does that whenever he's not playing a robot or an all-seeing alien.

Have yet to see it, how does he stack up to the Chad Gary Oldman Gordon?
>Bruce's hero since his parents' deaths
>Saves Rachel
>Stops the Arkham Asylum breakout
>Defeats Ras al Ghul
>Saves the Mayor
>Defeats The Joker
>Lets Batman interrogate criminals
>Twoface is his villain
>Leads Gotham Police against Bane
>Disables nuke from being triggered

He was OK. I wonder why they didn't use Bullock, Montoya or any other established GCPD characters, are they saving them for the TV show?

Yeah, I mean, he seemed like a ok Gordon. I'm used to the animated series version, but I like his dynamic with Batman in this film. Especially when he has to escape the police station and he he has to punch him.

Maybe, but the TV show got scrapped, and it wasn't even about Gordon anyway.
