I want to make a comic about my experiences with childhood sexual abuse, grooming, molestation, rape, etc. I want to present my experiences without turning into some lolicon rapefic. I want to share my experiences, but don’t want to appeal to that audience.
Are there any pieces of media you guys think did this right? Or do you have any advice on how to do this tastefully?

Charles Foster
Clarissa comes to mind
Jeremiah Walker
use a metaphor
Kevin Lee
Do not do this no matter what. You shouldn't make a autobiography about rape in the first place, but please never use metaphor ever.
Oliver Watson
just make it a black comedy
Cooper Cox
pyw/kys/Sincerely no-one will want to read this comic, especially if your first instinct is to make a thread with an image related to an entire culture devoted to lolicon rape.
Honestly, if you depict sexual violence or exploitation, SOMEONE will find a way to fap to it. It's like that quote someone said about how it's impossible to make an anti-war movie. Because even when you depict horrible violence, people who enjoy violence will be into it. Best advice I could give is don't show anything explicit and focus on the emotional aspects more. Someone will still probably get off to it but you can limit that audience.

Sounds Brave - Good luck
A couple movies come to mind: "Wild at Heart." which has one abuse aftermath scene and another traumatizing scene. In my opinion, it portrays them for what they are (traumatizing assaults) and its clear how damaged the main character is because of it. It is not however the main theme of the movie.
Gotta say, the more fucked up you make it the more it will appeal to that audience. No matter what you do, someones gonna get a boner. Thats just life in general though.

LOL. Get it straight OP. I will fap to your shit NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.
