>Too drab for kids
>Too goofy for adults
>Too childish for adolescents
Who is this movie for?
This will flop
Doesn't seem any goofier or more childish than the average Pixar film adults go to see nowadays
If this is the movie Andy saw with his mom, wouldn't be more bombastic since it's a sci-fi blockbuster from the 90's?
This is the reboot of the movie Andy saw with his mom
Why wouldn't it be the movie he saw as an adult?
No, it's a play on time loop, Andy saw the movie as a child, and 27 LightYears later we are now seeing it!
Why is Any Forums so chickenshit to discuss this movie?
Me, a middle-aged autist
Yeah, it'll flop.
>>Too drab
>>Too goofy
>>Too childish
REMOVE CAT COMPANION!
>Too wordy for anons
literally me plus i like nasa punk
This movie looks lame as fuck. Who the hell actually cares about the actual Buzz Lightyear lore? And why didn't they just go for the full fun alien team from the show? No one walks into a cartoon movie to see brown people in a brown environment on a brown planet, it's fuckin gross.
Shoulda just made Toy Story 5 where they finally attack humans / reveal they're alive. That's natural progression the entire story feels like it's heading to anyways.
>attack humans
Manchildren
there is nothing to discuss, there is nothing wrong with it other than nitpicks of the designs because they want to compare it to the movies. so instead we get Any Forums forced Any Forums laced bait where everyone sees a single brown person and scream. now what Any Forums is focusing on the goofy ship ai? if they chose to make the ai a character then buzz himself must not be that much of a character despite being the main focus. Ai will self sacrifice and the movie will go on. not enough to dismiss an entire movie over a single trope + an obvious marketing point for toys.
Second the cat showed up I lost interest. They could’ve at least made it a silver robot looking cat, but no it has to be translatable into a stupid plush.
Agreed, I feel like this cat is going to tank the movie.
More dramatic lighting. The trailer makes it seem like it's going to have too much "done with this" humor.
I'm hoping it's good but for some reason my normie Disney fans act like it hits a sour note.
I will admit that if a trailer shows that cat getting destroyed then I would be more willing to watch.
people that don't have your weird narrow view of the movie
