Those are some big gauntlets.

The left's tattoo and nose rings look silly with over saturated colors like that. She's cute, but it's harder to take her seriously as a character.
The right has the opposite problem, where she looks more like an actual person but she isn't as conventionally appealing.
Right's clothes and colors with left's face would be ideal, but otherwise, I'd say right is better.

Left looks dead, eyebrows look sculpted on, tattoo way too big, colors all over way too bright. Right looks more like the charicature if someone that exists in real life. Left looks like a 2000s video game
