Pretty sure dumb Poison Ivy lackey Bane from Batman an Robin is worse. The Dark Knight Rises bane at least had important elements like Bane being born in a jail, causing a jailbreak, and actually being a criminal mind who could scheme Batman into a vulnerable position and break his spine.

Aside from the Talia connection, there was nothing wrong with his Bane. I'd argue he was one of the better adaptations of the character. And Hardy deserves some credit for never taking the mask off, not a lot of Hollywood faggots would do a role where they get 0 facetime. Hats off to the big guy.
