Biker chick feels like a lesbian or bi girl who's more into women than men. Also, she ended up not even mattering because she only appeared in that one episode and then was relegated to background character. So the entire episode was pointless in proving Pearl had moved on from Rose because she was only attracted physically to Rose Lookalike because, well, she looked like Rose.

Look, I know you have a cuckold fetish, but I feel like Rose was never a "dyke" for other gems. She liked her human men. So Greg never had to "override" anything. Rose was going to be with him regardless. Now, Pearl, on the other hand, could be argued to either be bisexual or lesbian, but with the evidence of Pearl being the closest to Rebecca in terms of personality, I would say bisexual. Greg's main issue in this case would be to earn her respect despite not being a gem, since Pearl out of all three Crystal Gems seems to have the less respect for humans.
