It’s not as good and I agree with him, I think the main problem is the main character she’s just not as funny as Pasqualo, I dunno could also be it’s less gag focused and more charecter focused but it’s hard to say that’s the only reason because there was a lot of charecter focus in It hurts.

The problem is that the story is structured to be character focus, but most of the pages are dedicated to silly gags, but because the base plot is best for character based stuff the one off gags are weak.
Now IH!! had a base plot and tone that was geared towards silly one off gags, but built those gags into a larger character story so it could do both
Basically PFM!!! is trying to do both things, but in the opposite way IH!! did, and so it's not working as well
