No, because the problem with Dana is not her art skill but rather her lack of writing skill. Being able to draw and design well doesn't necessarily denote the ability to write a coherent story and I am more than a little skeptical of the idea that she would have magically written a better story under different management.
She's a decidedly good artist though, I will emphasize that.
