I hate this fucking show.
Every single spider person and side character is a science geek at an exclusive smart kids school
Black Cat is a hag
Mary Jane is a Tomboy
And black widow has that ugly side cut.
This show can’t get one thing right.

Eh? She only looked slightly older than Peter, like early 20s. It's literally what Spectacular Spider-Man also did, but without the sexual tension.

She's sporty, it doesn't make her a tomboy. Also, it's a better change than making her Lois Lane again.

The show is pretty bad overall, but some of your complaints about it are weird and nitpicky.

How is this bad?

The show had genuine flaws beyond not making OP's dick hard. The poor animation and lack of shading defeat the purpose of having stylized designs. Peter's involvement with Horizon puts him directly in Spider-Man business and eliminates the point of him having a double life beyond the contrived Harry Osborn drama from season 1. They really don't know what to do with the Spider-Friends, and they're already a shit concept.

There is no story or theme direction at all, trying to focus on science in one season, then the next ignoring it for more adaptations of Slott shit, including Superior Spider-Man, whic overstays its welcome despite Otto himself being one of the better characters.

The third season was the worst, though. It's supposed to be Maximum Venom, but only three episodes out of six are about symbiotes. Mary Jane being okay herself, but also being introduced in the final, shortened season, so her romance with Peter is rushed and barely developed. Ending the series unresolved plot points for some fucking reason.

It's weird...have we ever gotten an adapatatiom with a genuinely shitty Doc Ock? Granted, I wasn't a fan of the Spectacular one but he got better at the end.
